10% deposit secures booking. A further 50% of rate, payable 2 months in advance. 100% of total payable 1 month in advance, plus £100 refundable deposit (see below) plus linen if required.

Cancellation refunds: Full refund if > 2 months before arrival. 50% of rate from 1 – 2 months. No refund if < 1 month before arrival.

Lets are normally on a weekly basis between 14:00 and 17:00 Sunday to no later than 10:00 Sunday. Arrivals outside these hours can be arranged but may not be met by our caretaker.

The apartment may not be suitable for people with physical disabilities due to steep stairs. Pets are not permitted.

You are requested to exercise reasonable care during your stay. Any problems should first be reported to our caretaker,  Mme. Karine Martin, who will attempt to resolve them as effectively as possible.

Guests are responsible for their own insurance for loss of or damage to property, third party liability or health.

The owners are not liable for injury, damage, loss or inconvenience caused by any events beyond their control (e.g. strikes, fire, flooding, adverse weather conditions, works in the vicinity of the property).  If any such events result in the property becoming unavailable for all or part of the rental period, the owners will refund all sums paid on a pro rata basis, but will not be liable for any sum in excess of that paid by guests.
